Wine making:
Beautiful vintage of small yields on strong maturities. Rapid skin maceration, then alcoholic fermentation in enamelled steel vats. Aging of 7 months without malolactic fermentation.
Tasting:
Typical nose of the grape variety (rose) with a rather ripe and assertive aroma. Dry and floral wine. A sweet and explosive taste of muscat supported by a certain alcoholic richness.
